1. General Terms

Welcome to the international freight forwarding services provided by Wenzhou Tenber International Freight Agency Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Tenber Logistics" or "we"). These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") constitute the agreement between you and Tenber Logistics regarding the use of our services.

By accessing our website or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. Scope of Services

We provide the following international freight forwarding services:

• Ocean Freight: FCL and LCL ocean shipping booking and transport arrangements
• Customs Services: Import/export customs and inspection brokerage
• Inland Transport: Inland trucking, warehousing, and delivery
• Integrated Logistics: Door-to-door full logistics solutions
• Consulting: Route selection, freight quotes, and logistics solution design

Specific services are subject to the signed contract or confirmed booking.

3. Customer Obligations

As our customer, you agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, and complete cargo information and documentation
• Ensure shipped goods comply with laws at origin, destination, and transit points
• Properly package goods to ensure suitability for international transport
• Pay freight and service fees on time
• Promptly provide all documents required for customs and inspection
• Honestly declare dangerous goods and special cargo in advance

4. Freight & Payment

Freight quotes are based on the quotation or contract terms. Quote validity is as stated on the quotation; prices may change after expiration.

Payment methods and deadlines are as agreed. Without separate agreement, payment is due within 30 days of invoice receipt. Late payments may incur surcharges.

Additional costs arising from customs inspections, port detention, or cargo characteristics are borne by the customer.

5. Limitation of Liability

As a freight forwarder, we assume liability in accordance with China's international freight forwarding regulations and applicable international conventions.

• Our liability is limited to actual losses; we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost profit damages
• We are not liable for cargo loss or delay caused by force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government actions, pandemics)
• We are not liable for losses caused by false information or failure to disclose by the customer
• Actual carrier liability rests with the carrier (shipping line, etc.); we will assist customers in pursuing claims against carriers

We recommend customers purchase appropriate cargo transportation insurance.

6. Claims & Limitation

In case of cargo loss, damage, or delay, customers should notify us in writing within 7 business days of discovery, with supporting evidence.

Unless otherwise required by law, the limitation period for claims against us is 9 months from the date of delivery or when delivery should have occurred.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, software, and layout design, is protected by intellectual property laws. No one may copy, modify, distribute, or use such content without our written permission.

8. Website Usage

When using this website, you must not:

• Use this website for illegal activities
• Interfere with the normal operation or security of the website
• Access website systems or data without authorization
• Post false information or malicious content
• Infringe upon the legitimate rights of other users

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the competent court where Tenber Logistics is located.
